Shipping Policy

Shipping Destination: United States (Continental US). We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Hidden Charges / Fees: No added fees at checkout. The price listed on the product page is the final price you pay.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day; orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Transit & Delivery Schedules

Standard Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–6 business days from the date of order placement.
Carriers Used: Packages are shipped via reliable US domestic carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on parcel weight and destination.

4. Shipment Tracking

5. Address Changes & Order Modifications

If you need to update your delivery address or modify your order, please email us immediately at info@urbannestif.com or call us at +1 (864) 870-5386 within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order has entered handling/dispatch, address modifications may not be possible.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your item, please notify us within 48 hours at info@urbannestif.com. We will immediately arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase from Urban Nestif LLC. If an item doesn’t fit your space or meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to request a return.
Condition Requirement: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, in its original packaging, with all protective inserts and tags intact.

2. Restocking Fees & Return Shipping Costs

Restocking Fee: $0.00 (NO Restocking Fees). We never charge restocking fees on returned items.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we cover all return shipping costs by providing a prepaid return label at $0 cost to you.
Customer Remorse / Dislike: For standard returns (e.g. change of mind or personal preference), the customer is responsible for the actual return postage fee back to our warehouse location.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request within 1 business day and email you return authorization instructions and the exact return shipping address.
Securely pack the item in its original box and mail it to our return address using a trackable shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Inspection: Once your return arrives at our Lexington, KY fulfillment location, our quality team inspects the item within 1–2 business days.
